One Practice to Keep Your Mind Sharp and Focused

There are many ways to keep your mind sharp and focused, but for me, it’s reading. I aim to read 10 pages of a personal development book each day. This habit challenges my thinking, teaches me new ways to grow, and helps me apply myself more effectively.

Reading just 10 pages a day may not seem like much, but with consistency, it adds up. Over a month, that’s 300 pages—roughly one book or more. Now imagine the impact of doing this for a year, or even five years. The knowledge and wisdom you’d gain would surpass most people.

I see the mind as a muscle: the more we use it, the stronger it becomes.
