One Small Change That Skyrocketed My Productivity

One small change has significantly boosted my productivity: tracking my daily habits. You can use a journal, notepad, spreadsheet, or even an app to do this. Personally, I’ve been using an app called Habit Tracker (available in the Apple App Store), and it’s been a game-changer.
I’ve included all my business, spiritual, health, and personal growth habits—the things I aim to accomplish daily. The app provides a clear overview of what needs to get done, keeping me focused on building myself instead of scrolling through social media (which is always tempting!).
Another great feature? It allows you to create habits to “quit” something or reduce it, like cutting back on caffeine.
Overall, tracking my habits has been the single most impactful change I’ve made to boost my productivity.
