My Current Workout Routine

I like to change up my workout routine from time to time to break through plateaus and challenge my body. Sticking to the same exercises for too long can lead to stagnation, so I mix things up to keep progressing.

That said, I prefer routines that are simple and easy to replicate daily. Consistency is key to success in anything, and I believe those who stay consistent ultimately achieve their goals.

My Current Routine:

Cardio: 30 minutes or 10,000 steps per day (walking, jogging, or elliptical)

Strength Training: 4 times per week (30-minute sessions using compound sets)

Day 1: Chest & Abs Day 2: Biceps, Back & Abs Day 3: Triceps, Shoulders & Abs Day 4: Legs & Abs
