I’ve been making a conscious effort to journal more regularly to keep my mind sharp and focused. This practice has been incredibly rewarding—it helps me direct my thoughts, stay in control of them, and ultimately influences how I feel.
For convenience, I use the DayOne app on my MacBook, iPhone or iPad. It allows me to quickly jot down journal entries, whether by typing or even texting when I’m in a hurry and just want to capture a quick thought or idea.
Like any habit, journaling takes time to establish and maintain consistency, but so far, it’s been well worth it.
